New Project Found

This morning I was working on my chandelier after a 3 week hiatus. I was drilling holes in the arms of the chandelier so I could use jump rings to attach the beaded garland that I made. Well, I managed to break 2 drill bits before I could get the 4th hole finished. (There should be total of 10 holes) I jumped in the car and headed towards Walmart. On the way... right there... in the trash...was a perfectly good-used (icky, dirty) shelf. You know I turned the car around and rescued this neglected undiscovered jewel.

As soon I complete chic-ing my shabby chandelier, I want to do the same to this shelf. I know there is a lovely piece of furniture under all of that dirt.
